The Pinnacle Hike in the Grampians National Park

The Pinnacle walk in Halls Gap is one of the most infamous hikes in the Grampians National Park. Almost everyone who has heard of Halls Gap, knows of the Pinnacle. This famous Halls Gap lookout takes you along an amazing rock formation with several water crossings, footbridges through a canyon and eventually to the top where there are spectacular views down to the township of Halls Gap and beyond.

Generations of families keep coming back and take their children who then take their children on a walk to the Pinnacle. Indeed, Pinnacle Hire is one of the best Australian adventure tours you should try when you are in Grampians National Park.

There are at least three different tracks to the lookout with varying degrees of difficulty. The most common is from the Wonderland Car Park where the track is about 4.2km return and takes about 2.5hrs to complete.
