ITINERARY

DAY 1 Adelaide to Flinders Ranges (Lunch & Dinner)

Flinders Ranges, camel ride, Ghan railway, meet Aboriginal Elders, cook dinner on the camp fire

DAY 2 Flinders Ranges and Wilpena Pound (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Flinders Ranges, Wilpena Pound, Aboriginal cave art, bush walking, Brachina and Bunyeroo Gorges

DAY 3 Oodnadatta Track (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Visit Marree, cross the dingo fence, see Lake Eyre, thermal springs and visit a real bush pub

DAY 4 Cooper Pedy (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Fossick for opal, meet locals that live under ground, see the painted desert, opal cutting display

DAY 5 Simpson Desert (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Visit the Pink Road House, Oodnadatta, cross the desert sand dunes, swim in Dalhousie hot springs or Erlinga Waterhole

DAY 6 Finke / Uluru (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Visit Finke aboriginal community, the geographic centre of Australia, search out desert animals

DAY 7 Uluru (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Guided walk around Uluru, hear the Anungu stories at the cultural centre, enjoy sunset at the rock

DAY 8 Kata Tjuta / The Olgas (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Enjoy sunrise at Uluru, hike through the Olgas / Kata Tjuta, learn about bush tucker, camp in the sand dunes

DAY 9 Kings Canyon (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Hike around Kings Canyon, visit the amphitheatre and the lost city. Explore the Gosses Bluff Crater

DAY 10 Western MacDonnell Ranges / Alice Springs (Breakfast, Lunch)

Visit Glen Helen and Ormiston Gorges, swim at Ellery Creek or Simpson Gap and arrive Alice Springs at around 5pm
